I’m the CEO of Beyond Body Fitness, a Personal Trainer, and Sports Nutritionist.

I've been working online as a Transformation Coach now for the past 2 years. Prior to that I worked in a gym for 5 years working 1-on-1 and teaching strength training classes. I have helped hundreds of women lose 5-100lbs. I specialize in releasing fat, weight lifting, and macro counting *a science based approach*.

More importantly - I am no one special. I just took the opportunity to grow in my own journey, failed, learned, and grew into this version of me now.

With 7 years of experience of success with my clients transformations along with my own, I’m are going to help you get the body that you deserve by helping you create a healthier long-lasting lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and mindset!
